All drop-in athletes must reserve their spot online in advance and complete a waiver and intake form prior to their first session. Athletes are expected to come prepared with proper training gear, water, and the mindset to perform. To ensure the best experience, drop-ins must also join the age-appropriate program, whether Youth Foundations or Middle/ High School Performance. These steps allow us to keep every session safe, structured, and aligned with the TG Performance standard.
